Milling is the process to produce highly polished white rice by removing husk from brown rice. Careful milling improves taste, shine and flavor of rice. Our milled rice is especially rich in shining, stickiness and sweetness soon after they are cooked. They taste good even when cold. Rice is composed of about 10% bran layers , 20% rice hull or husk and70% starchy The basic objective of a rice milling is to remove the busk and bran layers and produce an edible white rice.The best quality rice will be made if the rice is milled properly.
